my love, I'm sorry I was mean.

'my love I'm sorry I was mean.' is a site specific choreographic performance performed at Jupiter Artland, in response to the artwork "Weeping Girls" by Laura Ford. Created and directed by Hope Kennedy - performed by Hope Kennedy, Florence Logan, Romi Sarfaty and Jess Paris.
In her research for this project, Hope worked with the themes of rage, apologies and non-apologies after learning that the sculptures depicted the artist's daughter "practising her tantrums" in the mirror. This choreographic work concludes with each member of the audience being left with a handwritten letter of apology/non-apology.
